In 2016 Disney came out with an amazing live action version of their 1967 classic animated movie "The Jungle Book" based on Rudyard Kipling's 1894 book by the same name.
In 2018, Warner Bros. is coming out with their own live action version called "MOWGLI", named after the boy from The Jungle Book.
I find it interesting that over 120 years after "The Jungle Book" first came out that there would be two live action versions of the story within 2 years.
Warner Bros' 2018 "MOWGLI"
Disney's 2016 "The Jungle Book"
Disney's 1967 "The Jungle Book"
